-
Your contact information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
-
A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:

A statement of consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Coinlantic may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Coinlantic takes copyright protection seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. MODIFICATIONS
Coinlantic reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this DMCA Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be refreshed.
6. CAUTION
